Level 1: End-User Support

The CSP or Enterprise IT provides the first level support to the end-user.

Level 2: Operations Support

VSHN provides support to the CSP or Enterprise IT, leveraging its contact to the ISV should there be a need for third level support. Our Support Plans describes in detail what VSHN offers in terms of support.

Level 3: Application Support

The ISV provides support to VSHN.
